A new aspect of my creative journey has become air dry clay modelling.
Based on the fairy door I have wanted for a while, I made my own and bought moulds that relate to this idea, setting scenes in woodlands and gardens. Adding to this Gnomes and wooden fairies as well as woodland animals, it has taken on a life of its own and creativity inspired by Christmas at the moment.
There are various options from ornamental scenes to dioramas and mixed media of cards and clay, fixtures and other items like mushrooms or trees.
These are ideal gifts for children or adults (I have a fairy door of my own!) or even for yourself, like me!
They are fun, an extension of my interest in fantasy lands from The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings, to the Sword of Shannara and the Stonor Eagles or rabbits of Watership Down.
My creative side hasnt always been obvious, developing card making into a hobby I love now since about 2007 and adding on all the time, whatever takes my fancy.
Journals from covered books to hand made from scratch, to write about your goals and dreams, inspired from my life coaching and counselling work at Clear Mind.
This too inspired Clear Cards (and other ideas like Clear Connections networking and Clearmindthinking travel blog too).
